Absolutely delighted with the service at this shoe repair shop! I brought in a pair of winter boots that had been through the wringer. The staff was so friendly and took the time to assess the damage and explain what could be done. I loved how they offered a variety of services, from simple polish to complete overhauls. They even suggested some protective sprays that could help extend the life of my boots. The repairs were done quickly, and I was thrilled to see my boots looking shiny and new again! The only downside was that the parking situation can be a bit tricky since it's located in a busy area, but it's worth the hassle for such fantastic service. I can’t stop recommending them to my friends and family! I’ll definitely be returning for any future shoe needs.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service at this shoe repair shop! They did a fantastic job on my heels, which had been scuffed up and were starting to fall apart. The only downside was it took a little longer than I expected to finish the repairs, but the quality of the work made it worth the wait. My heels look amazing now!

Not only did they replace the soles, but they also cleaned them up beautifully. If I had to give one piece of constructive feedback, it would be to add more seating in the waiting area, as it was a bit crowded when I was there. Nevertheless, this experience was exceptional, and I can't wait to return for more shoe care in the future!

I appreciated their attention to detail! The turnaround time was impressive; I got my boots back in just a few days, looking as good as new! They also provided a free shoe cleaning with my repair, which was a lovely bonus. The only slight hiccup was that the shop was a bit busy when I arrived, and it took a few minutes before someone could assist me. However, the wait was worth it, and I left feeling satisfied and grateful for the excellent service. I will definitely be returning for any future shoe repairs.
